Strong commercial prices for Rumsden Stock
March 2008: 10 month old charolais cross commercial steer Miami Ink sold for £1.50/Kg (second top price) at the Hailsham Market spring show of prime cattle. He has sold to Jason Wareham for further showing this summer.

March 2008: Two purebred charolais steers from Rumsden made £520 per head at just 9 months old. Twin brothers by Telemarque, out of first calver Rumsden Velvet, they were much admired on the day.

Jan 2008: The three top prices in the prime cattle sale at Hailsham this week were:
Rupert Taylor’s 590 kg. Charolais heifer 134p
Rupert Taylor’s 530 kg. Charolais heifer 127.5p
Rupert Taylor’s 495 kg. Charolais heifer 123p
And on the same day the top cow was Rumsden Pearl 945kgs at 86p
