Rumsden Show Team for 2011

Fawkes has been the star of our team in 2011. He was Interbreed Junior Champion at South of England, Royal Highland and Royal Welsh. Has this ever been done before by one animal? He was also Breed Champion at South of England and at the Royal Welsh, and Reserve Breed Champion at the Highland. Delta won 1st every time out, including the Highland and the Royal Welsh. As did Echo, who was Breed Champion at Surrey and East of England, and Reserve Female in Wales. We took 5 cattle to Wales, 3 first and two seconds, and six to the Highland, 3 firsts two seconds and a fourth. It has been a fantastic year, just Edenbridge and Oxted Show to go. Bull calf at foot Rumsden Gromit born 29th January 2011 by Rumsden Cruiserweight

In 2010 Delta was Reserve Breed Champion at Surrey, and in 2009 she stood 4th at the Royal. Her Dam Akita has won county level breed championships at 2, 3 and 4 year old, and produced her third calf 2 months before her 5th birthday!

In calf heifer born January 2009 by Rumsden Udimore out of Rumsden Balalaika

In 2009 Etoile was 1st and Reserve Supreme Champion at the South East Calf Show. In 2010 she was never out of the top two, including Reserve Junior Female Champion at the English National.
